Our IT support contract with Sprint has been in place since they began as Omnisys many years ago and, although the company has greatly expanded in this time, the friendly, efficient attitude to service has always remained consistent. Having recently supplied us with a new digital telephone system, they are now responsible for the supply and installation of all our IT and telecoms equipment. Our own customer base extends across more than 60 countries, and this makes Sprint’s proactive approach, keeping us up-to-date with current technology, and fast response times on the rare occasion we have a problem, a critical part of our business.

Having used Sprint for our telephone systems support for 8 years, I feel confident knowing they understand our company and just how critical our phones are to our business. When we had an outage they were on site in no time to get us back up and running. After using Sprint to install the new systems into our recently built high-tech training facility in the City, I have been thoroughly impressed with the way its staff go about their business. Due to delayed completion of the building works, they were faced with the task of doing their job amidst a messy building environment, which they did happily and with a smile on their faces. It’s clear they really care about their customers, making sure a task is done well and on time, putting in the hours to ensure it is completed thoroughly and to a high standard. I honestly can’t think of a bad word to say about them.

To my mind, the service Sprint provides is as good as you can get. I’ve always found its staff helpful and proactive, keeping me abreast of any new products and services, whilst not being pushy in anyway. Whatever help we need, they act quickly and efficiently. We’ve only recently had them upgrade our telephone systems and to help staff get used to the new functions, they provided training to get them using the phones to their full potential. I thoroughly recommend them.
