We only deal with small-to medium sized companies up to 100 users, and work in a defined geographical area to ensure we are never more than an hour away from any customer’s site.

We provide secure remote access support to all our customers. If we can’t fix the problem remotely, we will attend on site, and do whatever is necessary to get you up and running.

Giving you access to remote support, with fast responses from a qualified technician, we provide help online, by phone or email, whichever suits.

Sometimes there are issues that can't be resolved remotely, so we'll come to you to provide the help you need to get you back on track asap. We're happy to work alongside your in-house team, or to be an extension of your business, providing as much or as little support as you want.

Collaborative and flexible support
Working alongside your in-house teams on special projects, providing cover for your IT manager when sick, or just ad-hoc cover, we can assist, making sure that we 'fit in' with your company ethos and maintain positive relationships with your employees.

Our standard computer support response time is 4 hours and a critical response is within 2 hours. But whilst other IT support companies like to quote the percentage of calls answered within their agreed SLA, we prefer to concentrate on the fastest possible response to every call.
