Why We’re Sharing This

Epping Forest Heritage Trust is taking part in the Big Give Christmas Challenge from 2–9 December. During that week, anything donated through their page is matched. It’s a simple way for them to raise money for the work they already do in the Forest, whether that’s hands-on conservation sessions, community events, or the projects they run with volunteers.

Our Ongoing Partnership

Sprint has supported EFHT for a while now. A lot of us live close to the Forest, use it at weekends, or pass through it regularly, so the connection feels natural. Earlier this year, their team spoke with our Operations Manager, John Benjamin, about his running routes through the Forest and why the area means so much to him. It’s the same for many of us — it’s somewhere people go to clear their head for half an hour before getting back to work or life.

What the Week Involves

The match funding comes from a group of supporters and organisations who back EFHT each year. The total they’ll match is capped at £4,600, so donations made during the week are doubled until that amount is reached.

How to Support

If you’d like to take part, the link to donate between 2–9 December is here: https://donate.biggive.org/campaign/a05WS000006Ow4DYAS

Anything raised helps EFHT carry on the work they do in and around the Forest.
