We speak your industry’s tech stack

Charities run on a mix of donor, fundraising, and case management systems that a generic IT provider often doesn’t understand. We support and secure the platforms your team already relies on, including:

👥

Donor CRM systems (Salesforce Nonprofit, Donorfy, Beacon)

Donor records, giving history, and reporting

💝

Fundraising platforms (JustGiving, Enthuse)

Online giving and campaign management

🧾

Gift Aid processing

Systems handling HMRC claims and financial reporting

📋

Case management systems

Beneficiary and service-user records that must stay secure and confidential

&

Microsoft 365 & Azure

Email, admin, and collaboration across your organisation (including non-profit grant pricing)

We don’t ask you to change how your organisation works. We build IT support and security around the platforms you’ve already chosen.

The challenge

As a well-established accountancy firm, Cooper Paul relied heavily on their on-premises systems for core business applications, data processing, and client support. However, their aging infrastructure was struggling to keep pace with their growth. Internal network performance constraints were creating severe bottlenecks, threatening daily productivity. Furthermore, limited visibility into network health meant issues couldn’t be proactively addressed, and as a client-facing firm, they couldn’t afford the downtime risks associated with upgrading their legacy hardware.

What Sprint did

Sprint Integration designed a targeted, high-performance infrastructure upgrade meant to eliminate constraints without disrupting operations. The approach included deploying two new enterprise-grade network switches interconnected with a high-speed 10Gbps fibre link to completely remove switching bottlenecks. Sprint also installed a 10Gbps network adapter within their key on-premise server, implemented advanced network monitoring tools for complete proactive visibility, and scheduled the entire upgrade outside of standard business hours to ensure absolutely no disruption to staff or clients.

The results
10GbpsCore throughput delivering noticeably faster access
0Downtime during transition and hardware replacement
100%Security support restored and future-proofed

Questions charities and non-profits ask us

Do you have experience working with charities and non-profits?

Yes. We support charities of all sizes, building IT around donor data protection, Gift Aid systems, and the reality of lean, stretched budgets.

Can you help us make our IT budget go further?

Yes — we’re typically up to 20% more affordable than London-based alternatives, and we scale support to match your organisation’s size and needs rather than a one-size-fits-all package.

How do you protect donor and beneficiary data?

We put access controls, encryption, and monitoring in place around donor and case management systems, protecting sensitive data to the standard your supporters and regulators expect.

Do you offer IT support for small, local charities, or just large organisations?

We support charities of all sizes across London, Essex, and the South East, with flexible, scalable solutions.

How much does managed IT support cost for a charity?

Pricing typically ranges from £45 to £75 per user, per month, depending on support level, cyber security inclusion, and whether Microsoft 365 is bundled in — and we can advise on eligibility for non-profit Microsoft licensing discounts.
